We provide narrowly scoped EU representation for manufacturers of substances under REACH.
AFINA s.r.o. is a company registered in the Czech Republic since 1996 and operates getREACHOR.eu as its REACH Only Representative service for manufacturers of substances established outside the EU. Genuine establishment in the Union matters for this role: Article 8 requires the Only Representative to be established in the EU, not merely to present an EU-facing brand.
We do not market this role as REACH certification - there is no such scheme, and we are not ECHA. We focus on what Article 8 actually requires: mandate clarity, accurate registration, confidential handling of your composition data, and a disciplined boundary between our tasks as Only Representative and your obligations as manufacturer.
