Your REACH Only Representative for non-EU substance manufacturers
For manufacturers of substances established outside the EU. We act as your REACH Only Representative under Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, registering your substance in the EU on your behalf so your importers are treated as downstream users instead of registrants.

Before we accept an appointment, we review your substance identity, tonnage band and existing registration or data-sharing status against REACH requirements. If your substance is not yet ready for registration, we tell you before you pay for representation you could not use yet.
Article 8 defines a specific role: an EU-established Only Representative who takes on the importer's registration obligations under Article 6, keeps information on quantities and customers up to date, and can respond to enforcement authorities. The OR does not certify your substance, and you still need to hold the underlying safety data. We register your substance correctly and on time, and keep your formulation confidential from your EU customers.
