For manufacturers of substances established outside the EU, getREACHOR.eu can act as the Only Representative required under Article 8 of REACH before your substance is placed on the EU market through your importers.

Article 8 sets out a defined, EU-established role: an economic operator that registers your substance, keeps information on quantities and customers, and acts as your EU contact point for enforcement authorities. We focus on doing that role properly rather than selling broad "REACH consulting."

If gaps exist, we tell you what is missing before any mandate is signed
