No. We are not ECHA and do not certify substances. We act as your REACH Only Representative, a defined legal role under Article 8, and can provide registration and dossier support.
Only if the substance is manufactured or supplied into the EU at 1 tonne/year or more and no EU-established entity already registers it. Many manufacturers use one anyway to consolidate registration and protect confidential composition data.
No. We accept an appointment only after a compliance review. Substances on the Candidate List, Authorisation List or Restriction List need an extended review before we quote representation.
